Some of the world’s best tasting premium gourmet coffees are Mandheling, Ankola, and Lintong grown in Sumatra. This is our darkest coffee; naturally sweet with notes of pecan, graham cracker, and brown sugar, medium body, low acidity, and earthy, complex aroma. Simply delicious!

About this Coffee
This Sumatra Lintong was produced primarily by four farmers. They all started planting arabica varietals in the 1970's and 1980's. It is semi-washed (also called wet milling because it involves water in the process).
Lintong is southwest of Lake Toba, high on a plateau with a notable diversity of fern trees. This volcanic region is known for fertile soils, myriad microclimates created by small valleys and much sought-after coffee.
